Refund policy

At Love-N-Flames, we take great pride in our handcrafted candles. Each piece is poured with love and inspected before shipping. Due to the nature of our products (wax goods), we have a specific policy regarding returns and refunds.

DAMAGES & DEFECTS
Please inspect your order immediately upon reception. If your candle arrives damaged, melted, or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue.
*   You must report the damage within 48 hours of delivery.
*   Please email us at hello.lovenflames@gmail.com with your Order ID and clear photos/videos of the damaged product and packaging.
*   Once verified, we will issue a free replacement or a full refund.

RETURNS (CHANGE OF MIND)
Due to the fragile and sensitive nature of wax products, we generally do not accept returns for "change of mind" or used candles.
*   To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unlit, unused, and in its original packaging.
*   You have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.
*   Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

REFUNDS
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 5-7 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

CANCELLATIONS
Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placement. Once the order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
