Thank you for choosing Love-N-Flames. As our candles are handcrafted in small batches, we appreciate your patience as we prepare your order with care.

PROCESSING TIME
*   All orders are processed within 1-2 business days.
*   Orders are not shipped or delivered on Sundays or public holidays.
*   If we are experiencing a high volume of orders (such as during Diwali or festive seasons), shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.

SHIPPING RATES & ESTIMATES
*   Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
*   Standard Shipping (India): Estimated delivery time is 5-7 business days depending on your location.

DAMAGED ORDERS
Love-N-Flames is not liable for products damaged or lost during shipping. However, we want you to be happy. If you received your order damaged, please save all packaging materials and damaged goods and contact us immediately at hello.lovenflames@gmail.com with photos so we can file a claim with the courier and send you a replacement.
